Customers find the wireless charger convenient to use and appreciate that it can charge through phone cases. However, the charging speed and performance receive mixed feedback – while some say it charges super fast and great, others report slow charging and unreliability. Moreover, the compatibility is inconsistent, working with Samsung phones but not with Otterbox covers. Additionally, the product’s reliability is concerning, with many reporting it stops working after a week, and customers express dissatisfaction with its quality.
