Return to Mom’s basement… and bring backup. The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls – Requiem Expansion is a massive add-on for the beloved card game inspired by the hit indie video game. With over 250 new cards, Requiem introduces Tainted characters, powerful monsters, loot, and a game-changing Room Deck that adds global modifiers to every round. Will the room bless your path—or curse it? Explore new Solo and Co-Op Modes, discover fresh synergies, and adapt your strategy in every game. Tainted characters offer alternate playstyles, while Room effects shake up the battlefield in unexpected ways. This expansion enhances and deepens every element of the original Four Souls game. Whether you’re playing solo, sabotaging friends, or fighting together, Requiem offers endless variety, combos, and chaos. Note: Requires The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls core game to play.
MASSIVE EXPANSION CONTENT: Requiem adds over 250 brand-new cards to the original Four Souls game, including fresh loot, monsters, treasures, and mechanics for limitless replayability.
INTRODUCES TAINTED CHARACTERS: Play as twisted versions of your favorite heroes with all-new abilities, strategies, and synergies that change how the game is played.
BRAND-NEW ROOM DECK: The optional Room Deck introduces global effects that bless or curse all players—adding advanced strategy and unpredictability to every session.
SOLO & CO-OP GAME MODES: Includes updated rules for Solitaire and Cooperative play, making it perfect for solo strategists or chaotic team-ups with friends.
NOT A STANDALONE GAME: Requires The Binding of Isaac: Four Souls (1st or 2nd Edition) to play. Designed for fans who crave more Isaac-style chaos and combo-building.
