Customers report that the controller arrives in like-new condition and connects right away. However, the functionality and quality receive mixed reviews, with some saying it works great while others report it doesn’t work properly. Moreover, the battery life is problematic as it won’t hold a charge, and customers report issues with button responsiveness, particularly with the circle button and R1 button not working. Additionally, durability is a concern as units break after less than a year, and value for money is mixed with some finding it worth the price while others consider it a waste of money.
